We received this message in our inbox earlier this week and it genuinely made our day:

To the lovely craftspeople that make your products, 

I just wanted to say a thank you for such a great product. For years now, my husband and I have a staple purchase of your chicken liver with smoked bacon and port patè. It's never dropped in quality, and most weeks one of those little tubs will end up in the trolley. On a Saturday or Sunday evening, when neither of us could be bothered cooking and the kids are sorted with a mini-pizza each, we sit down with some crusty bread and a tub of your patè and a glass of wine and nothing is better. 

Often, people just give out about things, but I was sitting there on Sunday evening thinking I must get around to sending you an email to say thank you for such a wonderful product. With two small kids, we don't get out, so this is a small, affordable little luxury that we really enjoy.
